Refund policy
As our items are personalised we do not accept returns. However if you do have an issue with your items then please get in touch with us straight away at indybeecrafts@outlook.com and we will do all we can to rectify the issue (damaged/missing etc).
Shipping
Your purchase will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure that this address is up to date and correct before submitting your order.
Estimated delivery is 2-5 days once being shipped. Please understand there may be delays and once the package is shipped it is out of my control. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products which have been personalised cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
